G.I.N. Offers a 30 day money back guarantee, minus shipping charges (we will cover shipping on a replacement item if a replacement is ordered). All products must be inspected upon receipt, as they are thoroughly before they leave the warehouse. Returns Must be Within 30 Days of In Stock Purchase and Must Receive an Authorization Number. If a product is faulty, or does not work to the customer's satisfaction, within 30 days from the date of purchase the item price will be refunded in full. After 30 days the consumer must revert to the manufacturer warranty if applicable.
GIN Cannot accept returns on Plasma TVs. These returns must be handled through the return programs of the manufacturers.

There will be a 20% percent re-stocking fee on all un-opened, non- faulty, and incorrectly purchased items. If you have a question about an item being correct for your application, do not hesitate to contact us, that is what we are here for!
Checks will have to clear before the item is shipped. There will be a $29 charge for insufficient funds.
Items in stock are almost always shipped within 24 hours, Mon -Fri., usually the same business day if the order is received before 12:00 PST- Mon-Fri.
